Rule 24
Joint Bench
(1) Two judges will be involved in the joint bench.
(2) The following cases, petitions and reports will be considered by the joint bench:-
(a) Appeals or Seekers,
(b) Petitions under sub-section (2) of Article 133 of the Constitution for which a show-cause order has been issued (c) Application for retrial under Section 12 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073 and the case where permission to rehear is granted,
(d) An application for leave to appeal and an order granting leave under Section 8 of the Revenue Tribunal Act, 2031,
(e) Cases removed from the lower court in accordance with section 19 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073, (f) Cases submitted for decision by the High Court in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 16 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073, (g) 17 no. or 124g. No. Or the report received in the application under section 15 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073,
(h) Cases determined by the court to be initiated and set aside in accordance with prevailing law,
(h) Report on the application regarding the order made by the concerned officer of the court in connection with the registration or proceedings of the case,
(j) Cases, petitions and reports other than those specified in this regulation to be considered by other benches.
